I picked 2 frames from the Presscut range for using in this month's workshops. I have coloured them in with different products - some turning out better than others but on the whole I preferred the Craft Artist mica magic with the smaller wreath and inks with the poppy frame. The bunnies were also used here and other ideas for Easter and other occasions.
I thought I'd save the rabbit stamps till March ready for Easter if needed although they can be used for anything. A lot of last month's ideas with the dogs and cats could be used with these stamps but here are a few more ideas.

It was fortunate that I prepared the dogs and cats for Februarys workshop in December because I then broke my wrist and couldn't do much so as an alternative for February I picked some of the stencil cards I prepared last year but which we didn't use. My idea being that we would just use inking methods - as on top of board but in sorting out this week I came across lots of other ideas. I have lots of stencils so techniques can be applied to any of them if you have done these before
Using stamps and dies from creative expressions I had great fun looking into the many different ways of using them. I still have more ideas but my board is full!
Extra detail can be seen for some of the cards below e.g. cat om easel card and the 3d dogs - poodle was on the front.
Also for January as a change from houses I used this magnolia die. I have coloured it 5 different ways
for Januarys workshops I have used the miniature house collection from Sue Wilson. to make thse scenes i have either used stamping, additional die cuts or both
Every year I use some of the new dies we have in to produce lanterns. The bauble and star background worked well on a 5x7 face and the leaf used for autumn was used in the normal cube box that I do. This can also be done as a tissue box. I used an assortment of decorations for each face this time so that individuals can choose what type of box they want - everyday or Christmas.
Although we have done similar cards before this time I used a frame from the John Next Door collection.
This die come with layered dies to form scenes - these are the smaller images. I also looked at using the frame with strip dies from previous years.
The scenes can be built up in a concertina box or leave one side loose so you get a book effect.
For these I have used a snowflake tiered die from creative expressions and a tree stamp from woodware.
