Many of these have been around on my walls for a while - some we have done on workshops and shown previously but any one wanting to do some for Christmas has the choice - first to book decide what will be covered in each workshop
but any of the ideas can be used in upcoming workshops

Some jewellery ideas
I put this down as a workshop for end of November / december thinking people may have finished cards and want to try present ideas. I haven't had time to come up with new ideas so have looked at old ones and grouped into different categories - basic up to more complicated. We can do whatever is required to what ever skill level.

Additional cards
Hi
I have been playing about some more with the products opened for this Christmas and some of the ideas are below - these can be included in workshops down or on the take your pick week
The above 2 cards were inspired by commercially bought cards last Christmas, but obviously adapted to make use of products I have.

I also tried this with the 3 wise men but I don't seem to have a picture for that.

These are not showing up as well on the photos but I tried the waxing method over embossed images .using metallic gilding polishes followed by the waxes which worked quite well

CS35 TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS
This has proved a very popular magazine set of stamps, and I just kept going....
This is the main workshop board - on the whole I have kept to traditional colours for these cards.
The NOEL at the bottom is the rich red metallic gilding polish which unfortunately isn't as red as I'd like so I went off traditional colours to use the decadent wine colour cloud on the pink one above it.
Pixie powders provided the ray of light background and the background to the dies at the bottom.
Not being too sure about my original card with the bells I decided to add them to this cracker shaped card (well I just have to keep trying to come up with different shapes we can produce for ourselves don't I )

working with stencils plus additional Cs globes
There are some new ideas here as well as some old ones but all are useful to any one who wants to get the best out of their stencils. We can use assorted methods to suit at each workshop.
Sorry board so full but it gives some idea of what we can do
Although this stencil from dreamweaver has been out for some time, stampendous have repackaged it and put it in their Christmas catalogue so I thought I'd try this also
Then there are a couple of different ways of using the globes from the Festive Fun creative stamping magazine stamps.
and being me I just had to try out a few other ideas...

Using assorted dies and stamps
There is a mixture of workshop cards here/ The top ones are snowy scenes which include stampendous stamps and dreamweaver stencils and the lower ones are using other dies.
I love the effect on the middle row where pixie powders were used in the background, dies added then snow effects with stampendous powders etc. see bottom picture for a bit more detail
The same stamp has been used here with different ways of doing the snow and different frames

Woodware Christmas Stamping
Some of the cards here are the ones we did at the woodware retailer training but then I have looked at using the stamps in other ways. The snowflake flower has been a popular purchase. I have used it with different embossing powders for different effects.
I have also used the metallic gilding polishes and pixie powders from creative expressions with the festive words.

CS34 - Festive Fun
I've done a few cards with the stamps from the latest creative stamping magazine. Fortunately they sent me a copy of the stamps early so I could do the samples but I'm still waiting for the actual magazines to arrive! Anyway it's down for tomorrows workshop so I thought I ought to publish the cards I've done. More will follow when I get more inspired. I like some of these a lot more than others but they are all here since peoples tastes vary.
Cards from August workshop customers
First a few variations on the creative stamping cards
Then I'd had a request to do some basic quilling from a customer. In the old days when all we had were circles and ovals to mount quilled pieces onto they looked fairly plain but nowadays we have our dies and embossing folders to set them off.
These are what the ladies produced...
